FAQ.

How long does the wedding stationery process take?

For pre-designed stationery, we aim to have this ready to print in 2 weeks - this allows each of us time to make any changes. Printing turnaround is usually around 1 week for digital printing, and around 2-3 weeks for letterpress printing. Following this, you will be mailed your order via Australia Post.

Can I change the text?

Of course! The text is entirely up to you. You may decide on a traditional option, or insert some humour. Please note, some designs may call for less (or more) text, so keep that in mind when deciding on wording!

Can I change the colours?

Sure! Many (though not all) of the designs are versatile and can be altered to suit your colour scheme. Contact us if you would like to ask about altering colours on a particular design.

Do I need to have RSVP / map / wishing well cards?

No, some couples opt to have a website instead where guests can RSVP and see wedding information as a way of cutting costs. However, should you choose to include one or more of these elements, we can certainly make you some beautiful cards of your choice to suit your invitation.

Can you do a custom design? If so, how much?

Sure can. Coming up with a unique design to suit a couple and their vision for their big day is very rewarding. Cost can vary due to a wide range of factors like complexity of the design and printing requirements, so get in touch for a quote.

Do your invitations come with envelopes?

Sure do. A white envelope is included with your invitations. However, should you wish to have another colour, we can help to arrange this for an additional cost. Just let us know when you place your order.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on approved artwork for any reason. If errors, such as spelling mistakes, are realised after approval and/or printing, an additional cost will be charged for a reprint. This can be costly, so proof read carefully!

However, if we are still in the design process, we will refund your payment with a portion of this forfeited in accordance with the time already spent on the design.

How does the proofing process work?

You will receive proofs throughout the process for you to check over. Please note, it is important that you look over all elements carefully and inform us of any errors. This is because, once you have signed off on the final proof, you accept responsibility for the information, layout, and its accuracy (that includes spelling and grammar!) as shown in the proofs.

How many times can we make changes before we incur additional costs?

We could go back and forth forever, so in order to make the process more efficient, I allow three changes to design elements like colour and fonts. You can fix mistakes and errors as many times as you like in the lead up to signing off on the final proof.

How many invitations should I order?

Ordering the incorrect amount is a common mistake. Always order more than you think you need! You may like to invite a few extra guests at some stage, particularly when you have an idea of who can’t make it. As such, we would recommend ordering at least 10 extras. It’s much more costly to come back and order more at a later date. Plus, any left over make a great keepsake!

How much time should I allow for my wedding invitations?

As much as possible! Ideally, you should start speaking to invitation suppliers at around 6 months out from your big day.
